ProShow Gold for creating slideshow for client
FotoFusion (Lumapix) for design of album
Project Workroom to provide online access to draft album for client OK & comments
Vice Versa Pro for managing our back up procedure (not particularly intuitive but does an excellent job)
Excel for managing clients, cash flow etc.
