Burghley House, Lincolnshire. A grand Elizabethan house with imposing gardens – although as we were there in December, these were not much explored! The couple were in Georgian dress (as were the guests) and left the lovely town of Stamford by horse and carriage. (The guests and one of the two photographers walked the 2 miles to the reception!).
Buxted Park, a charming hotel with beautiful gardens in West Sussex
Cain Manor A delightful Elizabethan Manor House set on the top of the North Downs on the Surrey / Hampshire borders.
